Rail and Road Access Platform

Pictured is another delivery to London Underground, front of train access is required in a safe manner, however this needed to be above the pit and from the rail head. It also needed to be moved on the floor to various locations through the depot. The result of our design work can be seen, mounted on dual function steel base, the road/floor wheels can transfer the platform on the rail wheels and vice versa. There are two breaking options provided that offer a very stable working platform. Note the high visibility orange GRP insulated guardrails, often required and or preferred in a live environment.
