Following a detailed survey at your facility, we will design a solution using the latest CAD technology & provide you with comprehensive design drawings. Then, working closely with you at every stage, we will manufacture a bespoke access platform to your exact specification and to the highest safety standards.
Bespoke production access platforms, aircraft docking systems, aircraft engine steps, train maintenance platforms, access steps, staging, fixed or mobile platforms can all be provided, and we can fabricate in aluminium, steel or fibreglass (GRP).
In addition we will supply and install roof-access walkways, fixed or mobile access gantries and catwalk systems for new builds or existing facilities.
Remember you have a choice of material, aluminium, GRP and steel, and a choice of decking for your access equipment. This includes marine ply, checker plate, punched steel or aluminium and GRP grated decking, all of which are anti-slip.
Whilst on-site, our engineers will take the opportunity to instruct the user in the safe operation or erection of the platform if it is demountable.
Even at installation we are able to make minor changes if required, in many cases when intricate profiling is needed, we do this on site - there is no better way of profiling than having the actual subject available to profile to. Even if installation is not required we are happy to deliver your platform to the point of work to ensure you are completely satisfied.
