Delivered in September 2024, this bespoke GRP Scaffold Tower will be used to safely access services located above the track within a Train Maintenance Depot, where the insulating qualities of fibreglass are prerequisite.
As you can see, the Tower is mounted on a Rail Bogie, giving the Engineering Team the perfect solution for safe above track working at height.
Fibreglass or Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) is non-conductive, non-corrosive and spark resistant and is generally preferred in the rail, petrochemical (zone 1 approved) and electrical industries.
As a regular returning customer, we had previously commissioned and trained the Engineering Team on this Bogie Mounted System.
