Cantilever Access Platforms for Train Access

We recently completed the design, manufacture and supply of a bespoke aluminum cantilever access platform designed specifically for safe access over side pits.

This counterweighted robust platform has been engineered to provide operators with improved reach so that the need to position a pit board over the side pit is a thing of the past which means increased speed and safety.

Most access challenges within the rail industry cannot be solved safely using off-the-shelf equipment. This project is another example of how bespoke engineered solutions will improve both safety and operational efficiency within demanding maintenance environments.

We continue to support rail operators and maintenance facilities throughout the UK with purpose-built access platforms tailored to exact operational requirements.
