Paul completes the Great South Run!
Congrautlations to our Sales Director Paul for completing the Bupa 21st Great South Run on 24th October 2010. With fabulous weather conditions in Portsmouth, a course record and record crowds, it was a perfect way to celebrate the 21st staging of the world’s premier 10 mile running event.
With a target of £1,000.00, friends, family and supply partners have all been donating generously to meet this ambitious target, however we have been amazed by the generosity of all who donated, eventually giving us a grand total of an extraordinary £1,887.95 for Parkinsons UK with donations still coming in weeks after the race.
Paul completed the course in a very impressive 1 hour 27 minutes and 27 seconds, he was cheered on every step on the way by the thousands of supporters who turned out. Both his and Working At Height's heartfelt thanks go out to all who donated and cheered him on during the gruelling 10 mile challenge.
Please remember we accept all old mobile phones and print cartridges as they are all worth money to Parkinsons UK.
