New Genie Booms is for Europe only 

Genie has launched a stretched version of the popular Z45/25JRT articulated boom access platform. Designated the Z-51/30JRT, the new model offers an extra 1.8m of height and 1.5m of outreach. Most of the additional reach comes from a longer telescopic boom. 

The Z51/30 has 17.5 metres of working height, over nine metres of outreach and the same seven metres of up and over reach as the current Z-45.

Genie says that the Z-51 powered access platform has been developed to meet the specific needs of the European market, and will not therefore be available in the North America. The new model will be unveiled at the upcoming Platformer days in Hohenroda Germany in late August. 

Any structural changes required to cope with the extra height and reach will also be incorporated into the Z45/25J to ensure commonality of components and parts. The Z51 access platform will only be available in the RT version. The first Genie Z-51 articulating boom platforms will ship in October.
