Bespoke Access Platform Solutions for British Army

Ministers have visited the General Dynamics factory in Wales to see two armoured vehicles before they are delivered to the British Army.

Defence Minister Harriett Baldwin and Minister for the UK Government in Wales Guto Bebb toured the new facility at Merthyr Tydfil to see the final stages of testing and can be seen standing on the hull of a vehicle in complete safety due to our access platforms and guardrail protection.

Since 2015 we have been suppling work at height equipment for the project, this before the Merthyr Tydfil factory opened, when they needed platforms in the latter stages of research and development, since then every armoured vehicle that has and will be rolling off the production line has been built from our bespoke platforms.
