Changing Lights Above Desks in Safety and Health Expo

As Europe’s largest annual event for the industry, Safety & Health Expo unites thousands of key health and safety professionals with more than 300 leading manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. The exhibition will be held at the NEC next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the 11th, 12th and 13th of May.   Come and see the 'Deskglider' - Over Desk and Free Standing Access Platform - At Stand H85 Hall 1.   

At the show this year we shall be 'showcasing' our Deskglider access platform, working over desks and working above desks can now be done safely and efficiently with our Deskglider platform. Deskglider over desk access platforms represent a real breakthrough in safe above desk access now that standing on desks, tables and workbenches or precariously leaning from steps and ladders to reach lights or to access services above ceiling tile level is no longer acceptable in these post Work At Height Regulation days. The Deskglider eliminates disruption to the desk owner, a workspace is precious and  most would not like to have it rearranged, especially clients of FM companies, this is not an issue when using the Deskglider. The Deskglider is now an alternative means of access and will help to ensure full compliance with the Work At Height Regulations 2005.

The Deskglider is height adjustable with a minimum platform height of 875mm to a maximum of 2240mm. The platform has an outreach of 900mm providing an easy hands reach of 1200mm. Along with safe access over desks, the Deskglider can be used as a stand-alone access tower providing a versatile dual purpose access platform for safe working at height'.
